Freestyle was the dream of Martin Duncan from an early age and became a reality when he opened his first FreestyleTout (tout meaning everything or all) Restaurant in Rosalie, Brisbane in 1996. This began as a gallery and florist with coffee and dessert. Freestyle Tout has grown into a dessert cafe with an iconic reputation throughout Brisbane and Australia with ever changing local art each calendar month. It’s the perfect place to catch up for a drink, lunch, dinner or our famous desserts and jug cocktails. With a queue out the door most nights of the week, Martin opened a second restaurant on the other side of the River at West End.

The staff, together with Martin are very proud of the unique food and great service on offer. Come in and check us out!!
