  Conditions

• During the day, there is no hire charge for the Ann St Room.
• We require at least 20 guests to guarantee sole use of this room, and maximum of 24 guest
• Freestyle Tout is fully licensed
• Confirmation of final numbers required 72 hours prior to event
• Booking duration for all morning and afternoon teas is 2 hours.
• Freestyle Tout is happy to accommodate any special dietary needs.
• One bill per table
• Children must be seated and supervised due to workplace health & safety.
• Menu items may change without notice
