Our Ann Street room and Red Room are perfect for sales meetings, product launches, hens parties, baby showers, school mum catch-ups, birthdays and intimate weddings.

Ann Street Function Room in Fortitude Valley seats maximum 24 guests

Red Room in West End seats maximum 18 guests

Our Melbourne Quarter and Al Fresco Bar Area are great for a larger group ie. intimate weddings, wakes, birthdays, staff dinners, fundraising lunches and special family events.

Melbourne Quarter in West End seats maximum 40 guests, 60 standing

Al Fresco Bar Area in West End seats maximum 50 guests, 70 standing

These fabulous functions areas with their unique decor, are available for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner bookings. Unfortunately they are not available for evening dessert bookings.

Please note all dinner bookings will be set menus with a minimum number of 16 guests.

• We require a $100 deposit for all Dinner, High Tea, Wicked Dessert & Lunch bookings upon time of booking.
• Please ensure you complete and sign the last 2 pages of our Function Kit and fax back to the Manager to confirm your booking. Please ring the office on 3262 3077 for a function kit.
• A final confirmation of numbers is required 2 days prior to your event and the client will be charged for that number regardless of whether guests attend or not.
• Freestyle Tout cannot guarantee sole use of our function areas should your booking go under 16 guests.
• Freestyle Tout is a fully licensed venue and for any service of alcohol patrons may be asked for acceptable ID, prior to service. (i.e. 18+ card, Australian drivers licence or a passport). No BYO for function areas.
• There is complimentary music which can be switched on or off.
• Internet access available
• One bill per table
