Please note all dinner bookings will be set menus with a minimum number of 16 guests.

• We require a $100 deposit for all Dinner, High Tea, Wicked Dessert & Lunch bookings upon time of booking.
• Please ensure you complete and sign the last 2 pages of our Function Kit and fax back to the Manager to confirm your booking. Please ring the office on 3262 3077 for a function kit.
• A final confirmation of numbers is required 2 days prior to your event and the client will be charged for that number regardless of whether guests attend or not.
• Freestyle Tout cannot guarantee sole use of our function areas should your booking go under 16 guests.
• Freestyle Tout is a fully licensed venue and for any service of alcohol patrons may be asked for acceptable ID, prior to service. (i.e. 18+ card, Australian drivers licence or a passport). No BYO for function areas.
• There is complimentary music which can be switched on or off.
• Internet access available
• One bill per table
